🧐 Red Flag Game Questions

The rules take one sentence. Someone reads out a behaviour — reading your partner’s diary if you stumble on it, demanding full access to their phone, posting only the happy moments and hiding the fights — and everyone says whether it’s a red flag or not. Then you argue.

The arguing is the whole point. Nobody has ever learned much from a hypothetical agreed on instantly. You learn from the ones where you say “obviously fine” and the person next to you says “absolutely not”, and the next ten minutes are spent finding out why.

It covers jealousy, money, phones and social media, friends, family obligations, sex, and the quieter things nobody labels — staying together out of habit, going out separately and never inviting the other, letting a request for support go unanswered.

It works with a couple and it works with a group, which makes it unusual in DeepJoin. It’s also the fastest way in the app to find out where somebody’s boundaries actually sit, because nobody feels accused: you’re passing judgement on a stranger’s behaviour, right up until you realise you’re describing your own.
